Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship to Australia Wide and we use postal tracking so you can track your package. (Plus our kids are tracking it on their lil excel spreadsheet - to hold us accountable!)
We also do INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING too - however this first edition is very AUSTRALIAN based with money and dollar in relation to the Australian currency and may not be relevant to your country. (However the same saving principles applies)
How long does shipping take?
It's a PRE-ORDER which means it's not PRINTED YET. However, we are nearly SOLD OUT and the first BATCH is ordered and the shipment is coming. Expect around Mid January to early February 2024.

How do I track my order?
The postal we are using is trackable and through our email correspondence we will help you track it.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Unless the item is damaged during transit. We are happy to replace the time (provided you supply proof via a photo taken of the damaged book) - We are happy to resend you another one :) But if you change your mind or or don't like (We highly doubt it) We cannot proceed with a refund as the cost is accounted for.

What does Pre-ordering mean?
Generally as a small book publisher. We release books in small batches due to cost of printing and international freight cost. We do NOT print on DEMAND.
Which means we need to receive a sizeable order before putting the orders down to start printing the books we have.
By putting a pre-order, you are letting us know in advance that you want to buy our book and that there is a demand after many pre-orders are collected.
Usually the pre-orders fill up fast and we immediately place an order for the batch to be printed and delivered to us.
However, your PATIENCE is appreciated as we ARE NOT a big major corporate publisher with their own Printing facilities. (So things can be slow!)
We are small family with a BIG Dream to bring kids finance books to your home.
So we hope you can support us and come along with our journey to learn more about teaching our kids to be more money savvy through reading.
How long until I get my book after Pre-ordering?
Expect 30 to 60 days (again, pre-orders are nearly sold out and we have placed an order for the books to be shipped to us)
What does it mean when you say you are a small book publisher?
We are NOT the big corporate names like Scholastic or Penguin etc publishing. We are just a small family own indie book publisher.
The big publishers are not interested in the niche of teaching kids money concepts through children's books or early childhood reading.
They are more concerned with fast entertainment chewing gum type books for kids. Full of sugar, no digestive nutrients and easily chewable and forgettable.
Their structure is about maximising PROFIT, sticking to the OLD trends and reproducing old stories.
Whilst our publishing house is about teaching kids about concepts of saving through early childhood education - which is a very new channel of education.
Does your kids really pack the orders? (Or run this business?)
Yes they are very much involved in this little business we have together as a family.
By no means we are exploiting child labour mind you.
Our kids willingly look forward in working in our business as they pickup new entrepreneurial skills on a daily basis.
Most importantly our kids are shareholders of the business (as they both invested $50 into this business) and they want to see their return!
